UNESCO-ICCROM Asian Academy for Heritage Management

The UNESCO-ICCROM Asian Academy for Heritage Management is a newly established network promoting professional training to enhance the management of the region’s cultural heritage. This consortium networks institutes of higher learning throughout the Asia-Pacific region that are engaged in the research and teaching of heritage conservation and cultural institution management.

At the Asian Academy’s inaugural Field school from 22 November to 6 December 2003, students and leading experts will come together in Macao (China) to tackle real-life problems. Applications for the Macao Field School should reach the Asian Academy by 15 September 2003.
